By accessing or otherwise using the website www.mysylvant.com you confirm that you have read and understood that this website is subject to these terms that you accept and agree to comply with them, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. This website is a disease awareness website operated by EUSA Pharma (UK) Limited. Its content is addressed only to adult iMCD patients who are HHV-8 and HIV negative, already in treatment with SYLVANT (siltuximab), a FDA/EMA approved therapy for idiopathic Multicentric Castleman Disease (iMCD), from the United Kingdom and Europe. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 9329429 and have our registered office at Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Ground Floor, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4TZ. These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our Site:

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

To access our Site and consequently certain features of it, like the videos section or downloading material, you will be required to declare that you are an adult iMCD patient who are HHV-8 and HIV negative patient already in treatment with SYLVANT (siltuximab), a FDA/EMA approved therapy for idiopathic Multicentric Castleman Disease (iMCD). You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by accessing the website.

This service is not addressed to the general public.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse any and all current or future use of our Site.

6. Acceptable use of the podcast/videos and materials

All material on the website, including but not limited to text, images, illustrations, code, scripts and audio clips/live audio is protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by EUSA Pharma (UK) Limited. Material from this section may be downloaded for personal use but not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, unless we give you the written permission to do so.

We provide the podcast/video materials (patients’ journey) for disease awareness purposes only. Podcasts should not be considered as a piece of professional advice. Reference to any specific product or entity does not constitute an endorsement, approval or recommendation by EUSA Pharma (UK) Limited. The views and opinions expressed by guests are their own and their appearance on the program. They do not represent or reflect the official policy or position of EUSA Pharma (UK) Limited and does not imply even an endorsement of them. We do not make any commitments about the content of podcasts/videos, or their reliability, availability, ability to meet your needs. The content of the videos and material in pdf that can be downloaded is up to date till the day of downloading and it might be amended or updated at a later stage without any liability of EUSA Pharma (UK) Limited.
